There Is A 1998 Spectre Being Sold By Evilways On Scream And Fly, He Hasnt Put A Number Online To Contact Him And My Membership Wont Allow Me To Pm Him. If Some One Could Pm Him With My # I Would Appriciate It. I Am Ready To Go Buy This Boat Tomorrow. Thanks Tom 609-864-1495

Yup. I have the same boat with 300 Promax's and run 15 X 32 Merc Cleavers (non-labbed).
I will run 93-95 any day of the week and any conditions. In the fall or a cooler night, I'll run 95-96 MPH. Best I've seen is 98-99 MPH, with the boat empty and the throttle pegged for miles and miles.
