It is the best thing Kathy and I have ever done! Once you start doing it, you can't stop. It becomes a way of life. It is very rewarding and the people there are really great. You become part of a very elite fraternity. Come over tonight to checkout a typical adult class. It starts at 6:30 PM and goes to around 7:20 PM. You can sit and watch and meet the instructor without any obligation at all. Make sure you find me also.

BTW - Mr. Cook has a marvelous kids program. He picks the kids up from school in the afternoon and transports them to the Academy, plays games with them like dodge ball, makes sure they do their homework and them gives them a TaeKwonDo class. The kids and parents absolutely love it! He also has a teen class at 5:15 PM to 6:00PM. If you have 6-10 year old children, this would be perfect.

that sounds really great! I know my kids would love it , would have to find out if he comes on this side of the lake for pickup (they go to goodview elem.) but definitely worth checking into, really hard for me to make it anywhere by 6:30, but possible. :D:

Thanks for the ride this weekend. It made not having my boat running a lot less painfull. See if you can post those helicopter shots when you get ahold of them. They should be awesome!!!
