I have stock 22p mercs from the factory on my 2018 35' with 350s. 63-64 normal here in Michigan, 64-65 last fall down south normally. On it best day 66 light on fuel. I am only turning 6000 though. Very low prop slip. If I over trim it to get rpms up the speed falls off. So i am having a set of bblades made up for me right now with the hopes of getting the rpms up to the limiters as well as carry the bow a little bit more too. In a prefect world if i have the same prop slip numbers with yrhe new props and 6400 rpms its 68 on paper but i know that wont happen lol. However if i can run a solid 65-66 when i want to I would be pretty happy. I built the boat for cruising, not speed, and this thing is barely sipping fuel at 47-48 only burning 35 gallons per hour. Slow down to 45 and its 30 gallons per hour and slow down to 40 and its in the low 20s.

Good info and thanks. Let me know how things work with the BBlades since I may need to mimic your set up. Thanks
