Question Sunsation

Does anyone know how many Sunsations they build per year? Is there a break down by size and/or model? Just curious...

Dave Hare, can you answer this for me?

Hi PQVyper

I think they make around 70 to 80 boats a year. I'm not sure how many of each model they make.

PQ,

KN is very close, last year we built 73 boats, with two new models ready for this year we're expecting close to 80 if not a little over.

The bulk of our orders are the 32 Dominator and 288 Sunsation, this year the new 288 Mid Cabin Open Bow and 32 Innovator will add to the total bringing us to the 80 mark or over.

That's right...what Dave says and he'll be happy to tell you that the best looking boat they made last year belongs to me....

and if anyone else asks him if the boat they made for them is the best looking boat, he'll say Yea!

Every boat that Sunsation makes is the best looking boat...except for that 32' Dominatrix.... I'm not sure about that thing...

Mark,

We'll propably only do 5 - 10 of those this year due to the immediate popularity of the new 288 mid-cabin open bow. The production demands have already begun this year on all the models. We're already sold out through March of this year and the boat shows have not even hit yet, so those urning for there Sunsation this spring would be wise to start working with their dealer now.

Cool

And yes, Jefferyboys boat was the sharpest and best looking Sunsation built last year. He's king right now.......until someone else ask me who's boat was the best Sunsation of the year.

NOW DAVE, LET ME UNDERSTAND THIS... YOU ARE ALMOST A PEAK PRODUCTUION AND THERE HAVE BEEN NO MAJOR BOAT SHOWS AS OF YET, HOW MUCH LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE 36/38? I LOVE MY 32 BUT WE OUTGREW IT. DO WE HAVE TO START LOOKING AT OTHER BUILDERS? NOT BEING SNOTTY, JUST ASKING!
