I will be down there that weekend too. So will Chevy. We were up at the rally all weekend, I just got home. I will be going down that first weekend in Aug on Thursday night and staying until Sunday. Not sure what day Matt (Chevy) is coming down.

Set yourself up a test drive of a 288 with Raymonds, even if you're looking at used at least you can see how awesome the 288 performs. I had a 288 prior to the 32 and it was a spectacular boat!

I should be around that Sat-Sun in August, probably at Mental's dock drinking his beer

We can do that. We can find a time to just hook up at the dock. Maybe go for a ride if we hook up early enough before we start having beer.

Chevy, I heard from Jeff today - they took a trip down to Ha Ha Tonka. He said the water was horrible - full of debris. I was glad I was not there - it would have been a tough decision to abort the trip - but likely a wise one. Obviously they did not abort. I hope the water starts cleaning up over the next week or so.

Ditto, I hope the water cleans up as well. It hasn't been too bad up in our neck of the woods, but still lots of little 2x4's and foam floating that keeps one from want to run too hard. I haven't made it past the 19mm this year. I've only put 9 hours on the boat this year and 4 of them we're last weekend

I am only one hour ahead of you - but plan to change that in August and Sept.
