Have to say that Joe is one of the most down to earth "high level" guys I've ever met in the industry. He spent time talking to folks and just gave me a great feeling about the prospect of buying a Sunsation. Really left me at ease and knowing they would be standing behind their product.
I also happened to be at the Fountain display when Reggie Fountain showed up in his suit and tie and could care less about anyone in the display, didn't give anyone who was there talking to the reps a feeling like he cared about anything. Quite a contrast.
