LOL! If you will notice the time difference between our posts you would realize I was typing as you posted!
As far as whether it will do more than 68 I don't know...just what I have been told by Captain's Choice and a few others. The step was modified in 05 and supposedly gives it a milanhour or 2 if I understand correctly! 
Next time I take the boat out I will have my handheld GPS with me and I will find out!

Thanks for the feed back everyone. I have good boat and just want to weigh my opions. If I get a "new" boat I'd probley have to run mine through the dealership I just dont have the time to deal w/ lookers and tire kickers. I go out of town alot for work. NOT say that lookers and tire kickers are a bad thing you have to do that ot make the right choices some times.
