I just bought the identical boat except it is a 94 with a 502. Needed interior and cover replace and had nothing in it, but it sure cleaned up well. I paid 20k for it so I would definitely low ball that price. 300 hours.

I just made the comment on speed saying that it would be cool if it had a little more horse power like the one above. Not by any means saying anything about Sunsation. Personally I think they are top notch and I'll argue that with anybody.

There are allot of boats in that size and speed for under 25k. I'd like to find one thats runnign closer to 70. I'm in no hurry I'm just trying to obtain all the info I can on that year class of boats.

Does the 89 look like the 92 above other than graphics?

Brian

Cool trailer - my 2001 Load-Rite only has a single bunk on each side.... I'd be interesting in knowing what it takes to modify it to have 2 bunks/side - looks like it cradles that boat like a glove

Kook:

My Eagle trailer has two bunks on it also. Check with the factory there may only be one bunk for stepped hulls.

Doug

PS how's your prop testing going ? I take it you got your SC drive ?

The SC was supposed to ship yesterday (still waiting to hear confirmation from Bruce on this). We will be trying a 28 Hydro Q-IV and 28 and 30p Bravo1's (1.36:1 drive ratio)........ hopefully next week.

NO

Here's a pic of a 1988 that I owned from 89-96, exactly the same as a 1989 except the 1989 had a different dash layout.

ok that didn't work, Anybody know how to change a bitmat file to a jpeg file?

Lee,
I know what a 89 looks like now. I couldn't remember when they switched. The onlder ones where the 24'L 7'W hull...right??? There is one forsale in my area. I'm just a little concered about the narrow beam. Are they really cramped in the cockpit and sensitive to weigh from side to side???
Thanks
Brian

Yeah, tell me about it
I've been looking but the right deal hasn't played out yet. I should start really trying to sell the Baja but I just hate to be without a boat and it's in such nice condition for an 88. Something will work out eventually....

Oh yeah, I finally put some pics up in the OSO gallery, check em out
