the fact that this could happen to any boat any manufacture is scary would never think this would happen especially to such a new boat

Looking at the pics of the boat, it's hard to believe there were not serious injuries / death. Did everybody get ejected?

Sounds like the boat sunk so no telling how much damage was done from recovery.

What would the HO that isn't locked up be worth? Wouldn't the ECM be trash after that long under water?

That is not the boat. And it didn't sink.
