It doesn't matter what any states guidelines are, you don't have to worry about it if you just pay the bill...
SonicKevin- I believe it was a little over 2k a side but in my opinion you would be gaining that back in value vs keeping the mags

I wanted to buy the orange red and yellow (innovator paint job) 04' dominator in New Hampshire before I got the a/t. Unfortunately "Lisa" the owner has a crystal meth problem and wouldn't come off like 100k or some other outrageous asking price. It's like, hello?! Check the god Damn market you crazy coots!

I was also including the fact that his neighbor put after market headers on the motors as well. Im sure thats expensive. You are probably right about the fuel efficiency, maybe cruising a few rpm's less and achieving the same speed would pay off in the long run, and be better resale. Ive never bin on a twin engine dominator. I would imagine with twin ho's the boat has to be silly fast! The single engine dominator my buddy had for years was VERY impressive.

I saw and chatted with the owner of one of the single dominators up at torch... It had the purple checkers with yellow fade up front... Konrad drive. I think he said it ran around 80. Twin HO's in a 32 have been reported anywhere from 80-85 for the non-stepped version, they are lighter and accelerate faster but give up a few mph on top without the steps. They do have a sleeker profile in the water than the stepped version though in my opinion

YARR- he had a big supercharged motor putting out around 650-700 or so I believe, it has been a while since I talked to him, running a 5-blade off a konrad drive and an extension box. Unique setup for sure. One of the intake vents on the side was modified as an outlet port for the intercooler
