I've been watching this one to see if it sold and for how much. Nice looking boat. Is the owner a member on here? Looks like it didn't reach the reserve. Stalled at $36300

Actually, I have found plenty priced right. At the moment I have a 5 week old that put my boating on the back burner for the season. That does not mean that im not a performance boating enthusiast and I will continue to be a fan and keep following the sport. Thanks

just looking at you avatar,,,
you might have put your boating in the back burner ,,,but you always have the time to go on all threads with boats for sale and lets us all know how they are over priced,,, just saying...

and yes,,this sunny is over priced but why pi$$ on the sellers parade???

I don't think so V, boat looks like new and runs great. Tom maintains it with a open check book just like his fountain along with everything else they own.

Glad I am not the only one that feels this way about kevin's 2 year old rant!

BTW, the sunny innovator with the power hatch is still one of my favorite boats! I am seen a few for sale over the years, either the wrong time or wrong price. But for a while it was top on my list. Years ago I showed an ad for one to a friend and he responded "is that for when you get drunk and want to bring a fat chic back to the boat" haha. Just a cool unique boat!

They are cool. I had the pleasure of running on production boat number one (the one in the ad) on LSC when it was new. The GM pearl metallic that is the base paint on the boat really pops in the sun The first attempt at the Innovator was a running plug that had a huge, single step and a rounded keel at the stern (similar to a DDC hull). Wayne wouldn't let Frank (the eventual owner of prod boat #1) drive it at the rally as it was just too squirrely. Getting parts for the doors might be an issue if they break. I believe the switches used on the boat (encased in silicone or rubber) were also problematic.

That hull was eventually sold and put together. :poopoo:

I know. Crazy. It should have been cut up.

Agreed!

I don't think it was as bad as PQ's first attempt at the 30, though. :evilb:
