Default '01 30ft Sunsation SP

Hello,

I'm kind of new to this but I had a question, I'm hoping ya'll can help me out with. I've been looking for a while for a boat. I've stumbled upon 30ft '01 Sunsation SP sitting in the lot at the marina. The tags on the trailer have been dead since '08 and the boat registration died in '11. It has supercharged twin 500's, the marina owner says it should hit 95mph. I'm going to look at it on Sunday, but I'd like to know if there is anything specific I should look for. I have a couple buddies with Pantera's and Scarabs, but nobody will be free to come with me on Sunday. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys

Have a survey done on it, especially if it has been sitting for a few years. If it is a Sunsation it should be a 32ft Dominator. They made 25ft, 28ft, and 32ft in 2001

Definitely get a survey done on it...Probably a (bad)reason it's been sitting that long....you may want to get the hull# and ask the guys at the factory if they can give you any further info.

I think is is probably something very wrong with it, they said they are willing to negotiate a price around $25k...

Or a lean of at least that too. LOL. Just kidding.

I guess it's a question of...exactly how blown up are the engines and outdrives?
