Im looking for the access to front bildge pump. I assumed it was under the step to the cuddy but can't get the cover off ? No screws visible

There's 2 bilge pumps located in the engine compartment. Will be under the engine. None in the cabin area. It is designed that all the water flows back to the engine well.
