I couldn't find an acrylic shop to make my windscreen I made a mold off of a 28 skater
small shops didn't have a large oven to form
large corps wouldn't mess with small quanities
so at my shop I rigged up to bend my own acrylic
and have been making them for the 28s
if I can get a boat to my shop I can make a plug to make a screen for them
just as I did for the 28

I couldn't find one either so i built my own. It blocks all of the wind!

The height is approx 4.5"..... but i'm about to cut it down to around 3". It blocks the wind so well, it just does not need to be that high. It is angled back approx 55 degrees, 3/8" thick and solid as a rock with the moly tabs i mounted.

I sure don't but i'll take some closer pics. They are not powder coated yet so it is just raw metal right now.

Here are a couple close up pics.... The bolts that go through the windshield are barrel bolts with a smooth shank. Thanks
