What props are you running now? And what performance or boat behavior are you trying to change or improve?

I have Bravo 1's 30's that have been labbed; They do not turn up max RPM , only 4600 and came with the boat I just bought; We run in very shallow water often here in Florida;
ramps and marinas are 3-4 ft ; Even with drives up we throw sand/mud so I need durable prop blades like stock bravo's

The new Bravo 1 FS props ;Shorter hub and no diffuser ring :
So just trying to find someone who has tried these new FS edition props

Sounds right for the factory prop. The guys at the Sunny factory are very good at dialing in their boats. I'd recommend calling them, they are very helpful. If you have ur hull ID number they can confirm how it left the factory and let you know what to try.

But the other option is to get ur current props tweaked, which will be cheaper than buying a set of new ones. They can cut off the diffuser ring and tweak the blades for ur rpm goal. FJ propeller and BBlades would both be good places to talk to.

If it's the twin step hull it should have a b1 30 and go 5000 rpms with a labbed prop. I would not cut the ring off as from my understanding it helps getting on plane.

If you aren't having any issues getting on plane you can likely remove some of the diffuser ring and have no impact. I had FJ Propeller midwest remove 3/4 inch from my B1's and had some other work done, and there is no noticeable difference in getting on plane. It does carry the nose better now at higher RPMs.

Diffuser ring helps getting on plane, creates some stern lift. I had a ton of stern lift, needed to carry the bow better at speed and wanted the last bit of RPMs I wasn't getting out of the Verado 400s. So off they went. And met my goals.

2 totality different boats. I have to use the k-planes already to get on plane.

If he is only getting 4600 out of a labbed prop something else is wrong. I would have motors scanned and check motor to drive height.
