64-67mph depending on weather, water, # of people, how much fuel, correct prop and how clean the bottom is.

thanks Lee , found out the boat in question actually has a 454 mag.

60 mph on smooth water or 65 mph on chop is fine with me as long as the boat looks good doing it

Actually, The boat he is looking at buying will run 64-65mph, I was the original owner of it.

Jeff, That was GPS speed. Hotboat Magazine tested the same boat except it had the 385hp 454efi instead of the 350hp 454mag (carb)and it went 68.4mph.

My 2000 28/ 502 mag turns 67 speedo 100% stock. I would be careful of what speeds you are told ANY boat runs. Are you looking to buy a 28 Sunsation?

yeppers i did already.
ide post a pic but you wouldnt be able to see it without upgrading your membership to gold. new oso policy to help with the cost of running the site.

CAP071 , how do you like the cabin?

I guess I gotta spend more money now!

I like the cabin for what it is. I just wish it didn't have the sink. I would rather have extra sofa room I have NO use for the sink. I like the boat lots. It's loaded with options. would lik eit to be a tad bit faster also
