Default Getting close!

I am desperately trying to sell my Vindicator to move into a 288. I have my eye on about three different ones, all 2000's.

Question for the Sunsation crowd.

How would a 288 handle running 80+mph with full hydraulic steering?

What could I expect to see from a 288 with a whippled charged 502?

Rick...You do know this is YOUR fault!!!

I suspect I will purchase (again if I can sell my boat) a stock powered 288 and think about any upgrades later down the line. Any info is greatly appreciated!!!

Larry I wish the best for you in your goal to sell the Vindicator. Though I wouldn't credit me for the Sunsation bug. If you've been paying real close attention to this board and to the constant flow of articles in every major powerboat magazine, you know you're looking at one of the best buys on the market in terms of what you get for your money. All I did is allow you to see one up close...

Keep us all informed on your progress. Any pics of the ones you're contemplating buying?...

They all look great but right now, the front runner is a boat in Philly...I NEED to sell my boat!!! Entertaining trade in offers as well and if I can get out of my boat for something reasonable, I will take that route.

Number one preference right now is this one...

SWEEEET graphics! What are the options and motor package? Larry I can see you and your lovely wife jamming down the James River already in this puppy. I've got my fingers crossed for ya pal...

That makes two of us Rick! Hopefully I can sell the Vindicator in the next week or two and move forward. I am still working with Susan as well concerning a potential trade.

The above boat has a 502MAG which should be plenty for the type of boating I do. I am guessing 66ish for top end?

Chris...Those are exactly the things driving me to the Sunsation. It is truly an impressive ride.

I will keep you posted...

Thumbs up

Good luck with your purchase, mlitefan. If you get yours, that will make 4 Sunsations in Chesterfield. I have seen one on Hull St. twice, since the first of the year. Not sure, but I think it is a 288.
A friend of mine and I, both have Dominators. Looking forward to seeing you on the River. What part of the county do you live in?

Here's another one that might be of interest.

That's actually a real good price considering the options and engine.

mlitefan,

I believe the boat in that ad is owned by a forum member. cap071 I think? I've had my eye on that boat myself.
