4.3s with Alphas in a quad formation would be very unique!!!! I think you would be the 'talk' of OSO with that set-up :D

Re: New 43 Sunsation F4 - pictures
i think you should consider inline 4 cylinders for the quad engine setup. better economy and less crowed under the hatch. and when you feel the "need for speed" you can get ahold of some tuner kid from the hood to juice them up a little bit. and i think alpha drives would be alittle less costly and lighter then bravo's or # 6"s.

Just got back from the lake. They got the lift in. I had a work platform built off the back and it turned out great. Now I just need a boat! :p |

MP, looking sweet.
Any concerns with the drives hitting the platform when the lift comes out of the water? I am sure sunsation gave you a number to work with but it looks a little tight at least from the camera angle......... OR did you get the tape out and start calculating measurements again :D :D :D So my boat goes on the lift next to it :( |
Re: New 43 Sunsation F4 - pictures
There is plenty of room, 17 inches from the bunk to the platform. Worst case scenario from the CAD data was 15 inches, that is if we start adding spacers to the drives. My guess is I will end up with closer to 4 inches clearance.
