The front of the hull plug with cabin liner plug was mated with the forward deck that was pulled from the mold - and shipped to McLeod last week to start on the cabin interior. For perspective, it is sitting on a 288 trailer.

The one piece cabin liner was pulled from the mold and is being placed in the hull this week. Then the deck will be pulled from the mold and everything will be in assembly.

What colors did you pick for the interior?

For the cockpit I am using carbon fiber vinyls, real light gray and charcoal accents - maybe also some red accents.

Not sure about the cabin yet.

Knot 4 Me...It's the middle of April. If I had to take a guess, looking at the most recent pictures, I would say this project is 3 months out. Mid-July or better. Things take a lot of time when it's the first one. It's cruising right along though, that for sure. :) Ed

3 months out before it hits the water? No way. It will get wet before then. It won't necessarily be in a completed state ready for delivery but it will see Lake St. Clair before July. If not, look for Mental at the Silverton dealership!! :evilb:

Some pics from last week of parts coming out of molds. Cabin one piece mold is pulled and is being fitted into the hull mold. Once fitted the cabin will be attached. Then assembly starts for all the other stuff. Right after these pics last Friday morning they put all the pvc in the hull to run the wiring through.

A couple more updates - appears to be plenty of room for the engines.
