My bad  I didn't look too close and the colors are similar. As far as going out, we can do that. Not sure I am going to buy any gas, but we can always ride around a bit and tie up. Are you thinking you want to do a river run? We will be the only ones on the river if gas keeps going up.

Have you talked to Wally to see if he is going out?

I'm game for either way. Since I haven't spent any $ on boat gas this season I really don't care what the price is.

Wally will be at the lake this weekend. There is a band playing at the marina Saturday night for the end of season party. I say river runs are out as long as gas stays over $3.00 a gallon. I went wakeboarding and air chairing tonight and there was only a handful of boats on the lake. Wally was out as his boat was off his lift...assuming he has put it back on the lift after the Shootout trip.

I bet gas hits closer to $4 this weekend. Reports on another thread indicate it is 6.09 in Atlanta at dinner time tonight. I didn't realize that 50 gallons I had left was worth $200

That pontoon is sounding better and better. I can pay for that Jetski in fuel savings in 1 or 2 seasons.

I'm not ready for that thread yet! I'm not in any hurry to buy a cat just yet. If I found the right boat for the right $ then I might get interested. A guy from Lake Cumberland said that they've got a '32 Skater with 500's and low hours coming in on trade in December. Might have to take a roadtrip!

He said it was a 2000.

I saw that '32 at Pier 57, I'm trying to stay away from blowers if possible.
