Re: F4 Progress
C Jeff,
Measure twice cut once my dad always told me, Wayne's always checking for tolerances, clearances, etc. so placing real equipment in during the tooling phase will help ensure perfect fits. The throttle pic's look a little deceiving at this point as that whole area is recessed in, it’ll all be set for proper ergonomics and ease of use. Steve H, A lot of folks like following this projects progress plus it helps me keep updated on what’s happening with it. I don’t get away from my desk enough so getting over to the R&D shop for pic’s helps me stay tuned. M Pause, That square area on the port dash will host a digital display remote for the stereo and switches for cockpit lighting and switch for the power cabin door. |

I think that swim platform and sunpad over the engines will be big enough to have a party on. |

Re: F4 Progress
There will be between 5" - 6" depth in these on both sides and we're looking at giving it a carbon fiber look.

Re: F4 Progress
Ill tell you what, Im really impressed. I being a custom home builder, and cabinet shop, realize the pain staking hours that goes into creating the final product. This project has really progressed and is taking shape very nicely. I rate you right up there in the best looking dashs with Nortech. The recessed areas look deep and shapley. The bolsters are, just ok, Im not a fan of those. The use of carbon fiber is in, not only on panels but material as well. Keep up the great work. Jeff

The more progress they make the longer winter seems.

Re: F4 Progress
Thanks guys,
Wayne, Dave Moriarty and the crew in R&D are a top knotch bunch and wanting to have the most incredible 42'-44' powerboat out there they're very motivated. The know there's many awesome boats in that size out there and they're hell bent on producing one that the rest will look up at. Knowing what I do (and some say that's not much :D ) I know they will. |
Re: F4 Progress
Way cool! I agree with Jassman....that dash is going to be one of the coolest ever.
Hey MP, are those new F4 towels of yours going to be big enough for that sunpad? :D |
