Even when the major hotels are booked, you can always find a place to stay in Key West. Some of the best kept secrets are places to stay that you will only find if you keep looking.
I once rolled into KW at 10:00pm on New Years Eve and found a room. We walked down to Duval and had a great time celebrating in front of Sloppy Joe's.
Bottom line...If you don't have a room when your ready to leave, com'on down...even at the last minute, you can always find something.
