I wish I could be of assistance in answering your question. However, I do not have the information you are requesting. My suggestion would be to follow the following instructions:

Place a call to 305-296-6166.

Ask to speak to gentleman named John.

Present your question to him.

I would do this for you, but I really don't think it is any of my business and I wouldn't want to get in the middle of a matter that does not concern me.
