lee,
happened to see the crash... It looked like the boat did a cartwheel. I mean pickle fork to engine on its side. Hard to explain, but it looked violent! Glad you guys are ok!

Thanks for the post. It definitely felt violent and like 360 degrees in some direction. We are both finding new bruises and soreness every day. I can't imagine that kind of crash resulting from anything other than critical equipment failure. Again the good news is we will race again. As usual the DVC hull performed as it was designed to do. Lee is well into the repairs and she will be better than new. SQ

We always have fun in Morehead City. You are right about the Doctor, he is fixing it faster as usual. There is talk of making Morehead one of the really big races. Good thinking. SQ
