Why not make it the last weekend of March, so those intrested in attending both Biloxi and St Cloud can do so, the powers that be at OSS seen the conflict between Biloxi and Miami, and moved the dates for the sake giving teams a broader spectrum of events they may want to attend.

Please be advised that the race date for the season opener in
Biloxi MS has changed. In order to avoid a conflict with the St
Cloud race date, the Biloxi race has move up a week to April 2 - 6, 2008.

Please plan accordingly and we'll see you all in Biloxi in just
three short months.

The event is held during the city's "spring fling" weekend. This year spring fling is April 4th-6th. For sure.
