Just got in. What a great time. Glad everyone was ok in the Crazy Chicken boat. The teams are all first class and really make a fan feel welcomed. It's as good a venue as Sarasota or anywhere for viewing the race. Too bad more people didn't know about, but I did my part of informing, even at the hotel, oh, and bars. BTW, couldn't even find 2 posters. lol Sure I'll get in trouble again, but call it as I see it!

It was a great weekend .....great location and the saturday night dinner was one to put in the books. The rain held off for the race and the only mishap was a wet chicken.
Sorry we missed awards, had to get home.

I want to thank my great group of volunteer boats who show up, know the drill and do a great job every time. Brian at turn 2, Sean at turn 1, Tuna, Gatorman, Nabil, Mike Sanz, Paul at start finish, Don Smith with transport one.........and all the great med boat guys. And anyone else out there that I forgot to mention. I feel at ease when your out there.

See, knew I'd get in trouble. Now i gotta work. lol Yea, except for the typhoons coming in the afternoons, couldn't ask for better weather for the race. Just awesome. Hope we all can come together one day, so we can go back to two days of racing. Just hate it doesn't last longer, but what we do have is still fun!

Ken, It was a pleasure meeting and speaking with you in the lobby of the Bahia Mar. Glad you enjoyed yourself. When you mentioned the Jacksonville Poker Run, I assumed you were from there...didn't realize you are from SC. I'm just up the road in NC. Hope you make it to more of our venues.... Stan
