Thanks for the complement...
No fishing off my boat...
The Stripers are running in the river but my brother-in-law has not gotten his fishing rig in the water yet...
By the way, new top speed recorded today.
1 person, 1/2 tank, just a ripple in the water, 76.8mph GPS...

Pat think of this....
1/8th tank and on remote control and you'll see 80+!

Great work... 77 is moving huh?

Family looks great. Enjoy.

Pat - AWESOME!!!! I know that's a good feeling after all the work, congrats - it's great to see a plan come together and you've certainly put a lot of thought into what you wanted, and it's great satisfaction to see the rewards - you're gonna enjoy the summer for sure, smiling knowing it was your hands that put it in motion - LETS GO BOATIN'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoy and be safe!
Keith

PS, Damn, I gotta get more hp..............

Hey Pat, sounds like the boat is running great. What is the mid-range acceleration like with that 28 bravo and have you ever ran a 26 with the new motor.

Thanks Keith!

Daytona, the midrange is awesome! Cruising at 3200rpm and 55mph hit the throttle and your going 70+ in seconds...
The 28p is the right prop. loaded down with a full tank and people, she maxes out at just shy of 4800. Yesterday, light, I had almost 4900rpm...
I have not tried my 26p, but I'm sure that she'll be running close to the 5200rpm rev limiter. Remember I'm running with the stock cam so the engine does not make more power over 5K.
If you were to run a Bravo 1, I would suggest a 26p. Your engine is vary different with max power around 5600rpm...

Thanks Pat. That's the way I was leaning. I love the mid range I have now just not the top end control.

I just picked up my new 28P Bravo 1 today. Maybe it will give me a few more MPH than the demo prop I was using.

Come on Dave, hold that throttle open!!!
We can't have some out-board guy with 100HP less posting better top speed numbers than us...

That is fast! I quess I won't be running with you this summer. Your results are going to push me to make a move to a faster boat. I can't wait to see you rip down the river

Hey J,
Can you say Procharger? I'd bet she'd crack 80...
Let's get together soon!
As soon as this weather breaks...
