Looks like the FLYING CONDO is going to hit the waters of the great south bay at the end of the month !!!!

I think it hit the water yesturday !!! There's 4" of water in the rigging shop from all of this rail. The canal is 2 1/2 feet above normal. Hopefully it won't float away !!!
