I stopped at MRD today and talked to Peter. They have starting cutting holes in the dash for gauges and have mounted a few of them. Monday they are going to mount the turbine.

Mike,
The Sage #8 doesn't have a Gimble. The whole drive mounts directly to the transom. I believe the Turbine is going in to align the motor mounts and Sage drive.

Mike, if ya get a chance. Swing on by MRD and give us a update on the turbine. Or you can swing on by my shop, and I'll lend you my camera for a few shots of it.

Rick I was their yesterday for my speed fix. I dont want to step on anybodys toes with the progress on the boat. It should come from either Dino or Brett from MRD. I know enough that somebody doesnt have to be in the boat to be working on it.
It was very hard to keep Zuls boat quiet knowing what was going to happen to it. Well talk more later.

Hey guys,
Haven't been to MRD since last weekend, but from what I am told the dash is mostly finished and the outdrive is mounted on the boat, and the engine is ready to go in.
Since I live kinda far from Lindenhurst it's hard for me to make it out there on a regular basis. I'm totally ok if someone else wants to post updates on the progress of the boat on here if they happen to stop by MRD. There are no secrets here.
