Somehow I missed this thread. Keith, I have a new labbed 30 Bravo1 which I hope to spin 5999 rpm without trimming to high. I'm also going to play with the timing to see if the builder detuned it after the 801.7hp dyno run. I added an amp, sub and 4 speakers since last time in the water so I have some odds against me going as fast as I want.

Cool Tom, sounds great - let us hear your numbers, I'm still considering more power, probably whipple first, then build a big cube mota after that - mid 80's is where I'd like to be able to run comforatably and dependably.....I still need to add the stereo before the season, I got sidetracked last year but now have a new job and can continue with some of my plans. Should be a busy season!

What are you doing for employment now?

Now gainfully re-employed as a Project Manager for deep sea pipeline equip company. I was turning wrenches on boats the last eight months as a gap filler - great experience and got to see the boating world from the inside!

Cool! Call me if you want to venture into the mortgage business. I have the contacts if you want to do a work at home net branch. I have been for awhile, however I am opening my own store in a couple weeks.

Hey Guys,
Anyone try something new lately?
I know Pure Energy hit the water and is testing props.
Brothers Gary and Gary are chomping at the bit.
Tom?
Keith?
Razor?
Zup?
I sent my prop to BBlades and should have it back in about 2 weeks. Hopefully my boat will be ready soon after...

Pat, the weekend of the 15th I will be doing a family trip to Havasu with the new prop. I'm gonna check the timing on the monster also to see if the builder detuned it before I took delivery. I hope the new stereo does'nt slow me down.

Nothing new here, other than an impeller for this season. Pulled the old one out (it was working fine) at 141 hours and it still looked great! But then, would I have wanted to go any longer on it? Don't think so as she sat for a few months this winter. Still, that's a lot of hours with no signs of failure - another reminder that NOT using these boats is what causes many issues. With our season here (10-11 months) I can get a long life out of stuff like the impeller.

Back to the topic - I still owe BBlades a call to buy a prop, and then tune-in since I put the spacer on.
