Where are the wires run for the Port side front.

I was wondering that too. You could run them down the star. side with all the other wires and around the transom. That's not the way mine are now. It looks like they go under the liner and must of been installed before the liner was put in.

I ran mine down the starboard side then under the back seat along the edge of the liner and up the port side.
Again, easiest if you take the back seat out...

Re: Speakers

Might want to check in the forward locker behind the bulkhead. Often when the boats were being built the wires wer glassed in and may be just hanging there. Its worth a look. I had 2 speakers mounted in the bulkhead on my 24 as well as my Y2K. I like the sound they produce there... I just go for the basic AM/FM/CD and four speakers myself cause the systems never seemed to last. I never seem to run with the music playing and to me nothing beats the sound of an engine at full song...My hearing is going anyway...Lots of abuse when younger

Get a set of MB Quart 160.9 which are a true 6.5" coxial speaker. They are great speakers and really take alot of power.
