If we dumped in race full and turned the boost back up it would theortically make a lot more then 1350 at redline (something stupid like 1500+) but Guys I want my drive to live and this motor to last more then a few hours.

I don't know much about turbines but do they run at full HP for sustained periods of time?

The Y2K has to run out of hull speed somewhere. You mite need to add 100 hp to go from 85-to 90. But going from 100 to 105 you mite need to add 200 hp. The faster you go the harder it gets. I think where going to find the wall on hull speed this year.
