PG,
What kind of power would you be thinking about. The Stock 496 cubic inch Mercruiser does around 68 miles per hour, of the High Output version does around 74 miles per hour. Or you can go up to the big babys, like the 525, 600, and 700 horse power motors.

Puzz Galore, I read that you are in the 75-80K price range. You keep coming back to the Superboat site !!! That tells me you have shopped around and know the Y2K is the best deal out there for a new 30/32' single !!! If you buy the Y2K at your price point 75-80k I say you have 2 choices, 1st 496/496 HO and plenty of cash left for all the goodies ( options ). 2ond choice the 525 merc blue. and a few important options and pick up 5-7 mph more. Tough choice..............Faster or Fancy ????
