hey thanks for all the input, the boat is almost finished and ready for break in. I did have the previous engines dynoed at 400 plus. Now with the roller cams I am hoping for 80mph. The X dimension was just measured at the bravo recommended 14". I will experiment with 21p mirages and rotation and check the toe. Pics to follow.
As far as the previous owner, I heard it belonged to a car dealer somewhere near the valley in CT. The gel has red white and blue under the red paint on the dash. I wish I could see the original paint scheme. Orig had TRS drives, that was cool looking the stern just looked like all drive and no boat. Its very well balanced now with alum thru hull exaust and flappers. Old school. I wish I had the new alum marine heads. What a sport always playing ketchup.
I swear I've had the thing 8 feet in the air. Any advice on break in for smallblocks appreciated.
