We're less than a month away; not to rush the Summer...

Still scheduled for Sunday, August 19, Monday August 20th.
At this point we are planning to be on the water 9:30-10am.

Gregg and I launch in Chester 10-12 miles north of LI Sound.

I talked to T-Mone Last week and he's in for the trip. He also told me that 2 other Pantera may join the fun.

We need more Superboats!

Yes Tripps...
Gregg (29' Fountain) and I (24' Super) will leave Sunday morning 10am from Chester and meet whom ever in Old Saybrook at 10:30am. That will put us in LI Sound around 11am.
If any of you fellows from LI want to meet on your side, we can meet at Oriant/Plum.
We also my have a boat or 3 coming for the west end of the Sound.
We will then cruise to Block making a few stops in the Ocean to swim, tilt a few, and enjoy the open water. It's not a race for sure...
If we get to Block by 2pm and docked up by 3pm, we may have a chance to catch the end of the concert at the Spring House. If not, plenty of other things to do...

I know 3 boats for sure.
The same 3 that went last year, me in my 24' Super, Gregg in his 29' Fountain, Anthony (T-Mone) in his 24' Pantera.
Anthony has told me that a couple of his Pantera buddys are coming in their 28s and another guy in his 26' Sonic.
I have another friend that may come in his 25' Whaler and another friend of a friend in a party barge.
We shall see...
We, Gregg and I have been doing this Boyz only trip for 10-11 years and we've had as few as 5 guys on 2 boats and as many as 25 on 7 boats.
Block Island is a fun place, the more the merrier...

Oh It is a Boys only trip... I will have to check with the wife about this one and find a partner.....
