Rick, the bracket installation plates for the bolster base are inbedded in this location

Noli I don't think we ever even talked but I've been watching you screw around with this boat on here for over a year now ! And I ask this with no disrespect intended , Why don't you just finish this boat already ?....
We've all seen how close it is to being finished and I'll bet there's not twenty hours work left on it !
How bout myself and all your other fellow Superboaters come spend a weekend with you and finish it ?
