Daryll has been busy with laying out the plastic for the gunwhale and the rear bench upholstery. I think this will be another exceptional work by Daryll.
Daryll's plan is to have the bolster upholstery made by PPI have the same look and feel as Daryll's work. The matching effort will go down to the details of vinyl colour and finish, piping locations, and foam firmness. We'll be sending down white vinyl to PPI to have the Superboat logo be done by the same art studio as the ones made on the bolsters by PPI...again to have the same look and feel and make the whole interior upholstery to become harmonious ( had to look up this word :grinser010: ) |

Starboard side Coaming pad
The area around the throttles have thin padding to allow for hand motion around the throttles and is silver carbon. The dark semi circle towards the stern will match the leading edge of the rear bench Daryll is all custom :) |
Looks good! When is this boat going to hit the water?

When the interior is completed, SAW goes back to the factory to have the bolsters bolted down into the floor. Then she goes back to Ocean to have props made and to have the engines cranked for the first time...then it's fun in the sun!!!
...that's my plan if SAW doesn't get sold first... |
