Dam gary 800 hp and injected your my idol! definetely way out of bravoXR ability! iv heard good things about conrad but i truly believe a surface drive properly set up will work on our hulls. If Mike hit 98 with a speedy dam where is his hp at? that robs a ton of hp
H2o scene your a babylon guy too? if your interested in installing onboard cam and recording equipment let me know. I have been getting lots of requests, I will post some more footage
OK Mike lets hear those dyno numbers!

Dam thats some serious horse power mike! should definetely bring you to triple digits.
So I saw the turbine boat today. Skip and his son (MRD)said they are still working out the exhaust stack and the modifications to the hatch to enable it to handle the extreme heat. It is pretty cool looking, Fx did an awsome job of modifying the interior. The drive is definetely impressive hardware but dam prop selection is going to be a nightmare. It seemed like nobody is in a great rush to finish the thing. ey have fired it up but it has not gotten wet and didnt look like its happening soon. Should have put an arneson drive in that thing but just my hmble opinion.
Still havnt started editing video from onboad cams for upload, but i did get some old footage up. Just a short clip from the Atlantic City GranPrix 2002. It was Jessica's first race, a noreaster was just starting and the race had 6 to 8 footers. The camera mount snapped and we lost the cam 3/4 through the race. The drive trip pump bracket tore off the transom and we had no trim control. We came in fourth out of a field of 10, but was so bad out 6 of he 10 boats didnt finish. If my memory is right, Fast Eddy and John Jr came in third and probably lapped us! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjbAl4Rpuhw

Jim the powers not as much as you would think. The motor was not making what it should have from day 1. And that was my own fault. Skip from MRD built the motor and advised me to dyno it before it went into the boat. I dont remember Y I didnt. But Skip was rite again. Hes always rite.
That turbine is a pretty cool peice.
