George, Have you looked at it yet? I am thinking I/O for the potential speed. I also like a 24' Pantera. I am taking my time with this in the hope that my back gets better or I can get some kind of seat installed on the 21 that is not such a strain on the lumbar. Mike

This is a nice boat. Kinda get the best of both worlds. 24' but with OB's and since it was built that way from the start you have more room in the cockpit than with an I/O version. BTW, I love my 24.

If low to mid 70's is not fast enough then a single 500-550Hp I/O is the way to go.

It was recommeneded to me to have double spinal fusion, somethig I passed on. But when I looked to get back into boating I needed something I could stand in on the rough days and the 24' SB is perfect. I usually run sitting, but the console is close enough to the seat you can do a quick 'brace and lift' move if you hit something hard and take the hit in your legs
