Thanks for all the info and pics. Elvis your 30cc is my grail boat right now, it's perfect congrats to you and all who worked on her...

As impressive as all the numbers are, but being a greedy human- what other twin motor applications would work well for more performance and what would be the pros & cons of each motor? Would the Merc Racing Opti 300XS be an good option and what sort of numbers would you expect to see? anything else better suited?

What would it do with a single 350SCI?

Any idea how the 30cc would work with a ski bar for high performance ski towing?

Also do you think it's a good platform to the occasional 5 man offshore fishing trip, any idea how it will handle at trolling speeds in a following sea or just stationary in an open ocean (nothing too rough as I understand it's not designed to compete with something like a YF)?

Thanks and congrats again!

As for numbers the current setup is still being dialed in...Sean was having too much funn running around the bay putting 100+ hours on her to do much testing... The boat the way its set up runs incredible...it was close to having a pair of 300XS of the back this year but he wanted to try and maximize this setup first and with a new baby he knows that boating is going to be on the bottom of the list this season....

the 300xs motors are the same as the 250 pro xs motors that are on the boat so basically more power in the same package with less warranty....if someone was to build another the 300xs are a perfect match....as for performance i am willing to bet with the right set up and the 300s 85-90mph is not out of the question....as for verados on the twin rig i dont think they would run as well due to the extra weight but since it hasnt been tried thats simply opinion at the moment.....

What would it do with a single 350SCI?

single 350sci would be a neat package and i bet a solid 70mph would be attainable but i would rather the twins all day long....

the boat planes off real easy and can run as slow or fast as you want it to and is very controllable at speed... i think it would be a great ski boat for what it is....

here is where i dont think the boat will shine....LOL....its VERY narrow.....it does like to pitch and roll when sitting stopped or at trolling speeds....5 guys plus gear with a following sea i think your feet would be wet....2 or 3 guys maybe but you wouldnt be the most comfortable......I used to fish in my 25 concept with 3 people but i never went out when it was rough so really i guess it would just take some getting used to and learning the boats limitations....You would have a blast getting there though
Thanks and congrats again!
i am sure sean will chime in more but i would say that kinda sums it up.....
