My boat with a 5 blade had great slip great grip but slower top end. Like Pat said earlier Ive been messing with my boat for 8 years. Ive give all the credit to Skip over at MRD. I should have just dropped off the boat their 7 years ago and I could have saved alot of time.
Yup skip over at mrd knows his stuff,I send him all of my speedmaster work great work, has anyone heard anything on the turbine boat i know it was over at mrd being rigged and tested

Dont know much about blueprinting bottoms Gary. Ive heard mixed reveiws on that. I do remember Cappie telling me he had his bottom done 3 times with no results at all. I think Supers like alittle rocker in the bottom to help them fly. Skip is the only reason I have a speedmaster. I bought a bravo upper years ago from some drive shop in Cali who was to be the best. I paid good money for it, decided to open it before installing and turnes out it was missing the bearing race in the top cap. How do you forget that !!!! Trust me they paid me for that one.

The last time I saw Jim was at the 2006 CT River Run.
He had backed off on the boost and was topping out in the mid 80s with about 675HP.
He got sick of blowing up Bravo drives with his engine making around 775HP.
With the boost turned up he saw high 80s to low 90s.
Not only had he blueprinted the bottom of his boat but he had also added on to the lifting strakes.
