Thanks... its not bad for a backyard garage. I had it built last spring (28x40). I ran gas, electric and cable to it. Cheaper and easier than moving, I figure, and I still have the house garage. Its an old neighborhood and doesn't have many restrictions.

Outside of it...

Wow! This place is great!

elvisali 12-31-2009 06:16 AM

I remember coming to pick it up, boat looked brand new, if you ever need a detailing, contact George, his work is sick!

ndaniels 12-31-2009 10:30 AM

I was going to say that it looks great!

How much did the windflaps help wind relief?...
thought about a set for the 24 and they'd also work on the 21.
Kinda pricey, though- I can buy a whole bunch of goggles for that kind of coin!

wot- thats some serious superboat action!

I'll bet Joe's 21 with that 15" 300 runs pretty good! Tough looking boat!

Nick, WWW.finneys.com for the flaps. I think I paid $65 ea. They are well worth the money and it is pretty amazing the deflection they provide.

Joe's 21 is the slowest SB I have vere been on:grinser010:. It is an absolute rocket ship and is set up and dialed in to perfection

Any suggestions on size, and flat or curved?
If I remember right, they come in a couple of different sizes.
I'll need some mounts for the 24 windscreen.
My 21 probably won't even be fast enough to require them:grinser010:

i had a curved set on my 21 and they worked great.....you will NOT regret spending the money....

They are totally worth it, night and day difference on my 24' if I had them up, I would recommend them

The 30' is a stretched 24'(with obvious mods made to the bottom through the years). I dont think even JC knows exactly were the 24' came from

The 24 is GREAT! Fast, easy on fuel, rides great- I got no complaints:drink: I'm thinking that the 21 should be alot of fun:eek:

Lost out on a few boats that were great deals (one litterally sold out from under me as I was on it looking it over!). Then I starting traveling back and forth from CT-TX (still am) for work and pretty much missed out on a most of the summer. I am eyeing some waterfront for next summer so going to have to scale down my prospects for next year but hoping to get into something small next summer. Can't wait to see that more of the 21....that thing is going to be a blast

ndaniels 01-12-2010 10:36 PM

Couple of nice 21s for sale over on S&F last time I looked, also a twin engine tempest that seems to be priced right.:grinser010:I hope you have some time to enjoy the coming season, whether its out on the water, or on lakefront property :drink:

Hoser: man, that thing is quick! No wonder you have owned it for so long... how far below the pad do you run the motor? Notch or not? PM me if you don't want to post setup info... I know how you LI boaters are :D

THE HOSER 01-13-2010 08:48 AM

the best the boat has ever run was 97 on a gps with no gas
with a 32" lap cleaver in late dec.
but on the average it runs 95 with little fuel and a nice 8" chop
and the nose cone is about 2" above the pad and the hull is stock ( no notch ) the reason is im able to drive the boat :evilb:
