Y2K question.
Hi guys just wanted to know if anyone has a wind deflector or
an idea to ad to the Y2K very windy when moving. |
Ski goggles
or attach an arc of lexan to the fairing maybe 6" high max. There are pictures here if you search... |
just go slower....:grinser010:
you knew that one was coming:drink: I wear motorcycle goggles, but have thought about purchasing the fenny's wind flaps... those don't do anything to solve the y2k problem, I know- but I'll be watching to see what you are able to come up with. Sounds like the arch is a simple solution. |

I made a pair out of 3/8 acrylic and attached them with wing nuts to the lip of the canopy. Works great!! I get a nice breeze on the top of my head. I'll try to find pics.

Its been done before just have to hunt for the thread. With pics. If I remember the Y2k go like a 4 inch piece of clear lexan thunb screwed to the dash. not to see thruogh just to deflect the wind over your head.
