New cockpit cover made- went with black. My old cover for the Exciter was black and it wasn't terribly hot and lasted very well. It didnt' have a cockpit cover when I bought it, just a full.. so I had my local guy make one. Snaps were already there for it, so it was easy... seems to work good. Also, new gauges... they look way better than the white on white that was in there.

Only thing left to do now is get some black snap in carpet, and that pretty much finishes up what look I had in mind for it.

More of the gauges..

These are the newer style Livorsi's with the deutch (sp?) connectors... what sucks is that while they went to the push connectors for the gauges, the gps antenna went back to a ring terminal connection for each individual wire.. smart move Livorsi I was able to just cut my old connector and wire up the ring terminals, but what a joke...

Thanks Gary!

Yeah... the carpet is there in the 24.. still actually in great shape, too!

I've already got snap in carpet in the 21, so its just a matter of cutting a new rug to fit, or else I'd go with the lay in. Black is kinda a tough color to come by- around here at least... I have the old carpet thats still in ok shape for a pattern. The backer is coming apart, thats the only reason I'm changing it.
