Both great looking boats, love seeing so much Long Island representation in Croatia . My recommendation....scrap the three evinrudes and go to twins with newer motors. Definitely call coen on those old 300s, he has a lot of knowledge on them and probably some recommendations on making the lowers more reliable if you decide to keep them

CAT32 I would think that you could loose the old power and pick up a pair of 300xs's and come out way ahead . You wouldn't have all the labor and cost of doing an inboard swap . Plus you would loose a 1000lbs and still have 600 to 700 hp on the back . I'm pretty sure the hull is the same as my Cobra cat and I've broke into the 80's with a pair of 250's .
But I get where your coming from because there's nothing like the noise and attention of a big block and I can't tell you how many times I looked down in the bilge of my boat and wondered how I could get a pair of inboards in there .

So you wrapped your progression boat and put pantera on the fairing?? Why?
Progression is a better built boat and Panteras are built by thieves!!
And is that a 27 or 24 progression?
But definitely cool that you ended up with two Long Island based boats all the way in Croatia. Now just add a kryptonite, activator, and hustler too your stable and you'll have them all

CAT32 - I have a set of counter rotated 1992 Evinrude 300XP v-8s that I am thinking about selling. They are on a center console boat I just bought. The compression was just checked and everything looks great on them. I'm only thinking about the fuel consumption as we will be putting a lot of time on them. I'm not even knowledgeable about what they are worth value-wise. If you are interested, email me back and lets talk.
