I've been really thinking about setting up a y2k with twin outboards for the next one. Love those tempests!

Owned a 24ft with twin merc 200's have been waiting for the right opportunity and the right boat to come up for sale. Can't be more happy, great boat and I put in a new interior and its ready to rock.

What kind of speeds you getting with the xs's?

Bought it late last year and only had a chance to run it 3 times, but without going full throttle got it to 76mph on the gps, has 28pitch bravo's right now. Looking to try out Eagle ET's, there supposed to run great with the xs's.

Nastybug, no home on the water yet, working on that. The picture is outside of the Waters Edge, i keep my boat on a rack at Wazz Up motor sports in Brick, defiantly hook up over the summer.

Was visiting Superboat today. Speaking with John Coen. He mentioned Reinforcer was for sale which was out behind his shop. Call him for details.
Also inside another 30Y2K hull partially rigged looking for a home. Seems a while back a project got started and the customer vanished. Sitting there beside it a turbocharged big block that was supposed to go in.
Also John has a 21/new deck with a new/never started 388 stroker I/O. With a similar situation. Customer put down deposit, project was started and the guy (an older gentleman I’m told) just vanished or possibly passed away. Then superstorm sandy hits and floods the place and John’s records got destroyed no one’s got in touch and no way to contact.Time to move on so he’s looking to make deals.
