Wiring is pulled and the start of gauge installation has begun… of course all the painting needs to be completed prior to final installation…still so much to get done 🤦‍♂️

Way cool project!

Can’t believe I just caught it.

Always been a fan of this boat.

Big fan of those motors too.
Anxious to see how it runs.

Well done sir!

Looks great Chris. Did Stainless Marine build the bracket on a flat plate, then you bolted on like that? Its different from what I have seen in the past.

stainless marine bracket was bolted to the aluminum plate that was originally on the outside of the transom and we’ve added an additional n aluminum plate inside the transom for added strength. We still need to finish the bracing inside the the bilge and the final tightening of everything and obviously caulking

Looks Great! who makes those side vents if you dont mind me asking?

Makes sense now, I forgot about the transom plate that was originally on there. It’ll be strong for sure. :D

:boat: We will work on that in Palatka brother !!!!

Do we have any updates? Hope the weight of the new package doesn’t throw off the balance of the boat. It ran so well before. I forgot how good the mod 2.5s we're and that they could spin 8000 rpm

Balance of the boat has been a bit of a challenge...We have added some weight into the cabin of the boat to settle it down ...we have jack plates to add (that will happen this winter and then more prop testing to come. The boat is running very well at the moment...we will be taking it to Palatka Florida for the Toys Tour event in December....
