I did happen to notice the plexi wind screen as opposed to the fiberglass fairing. what make you go that way? are you going sit down or drop out bolsters?

Cool

OH-ZONE,
It's not plexi, just black instead of white. Old School. It will be the first sitdown 24.

Hey Pat,
I'm going with the 21 old style wraparound buckets. I like the way they look and hold you in. In one of the older threads I remembered you guys talking about wanting to sit lower in the 24's. I felt the same way . We'll see how it turns out and I'll let you know how it is. I usually find docking easier standing up in most boats.

I think those high back buckets like you see on the new Panteras would be cool. Some mods would be required to allow for leg room though.

If I did my boating on a like, I would defiantly go for sitting. It's a lot more comfortable at high speed.
I like the option of standing when it gets rough though.
Between snow skiing in the bumps and riding in my old Donzi, I think it stunted my growth

Pat, I had the 16C/C that I usually stood, but then I got used to sitting and liked it. I"ll post pics of it as soon as I can figure out why my scanner I just picked up won't scan.
Dave M,
We mocked up the seats I"ll be using in a 24 and there was leg room. What do you think would be different with the Pantera buckets?

Hey Superbash,

I think the OB model of the 24 has more cockpit space than the I/O. You can probably move the front seats back a little more.
