Ordered from CP, they had one left.
Should have it Friday.

Bash, that looks like JMK's boat with an outboard.
Is it OH-Zone? I thought his was blue and yellow.

Not oHh-ZoNe . Then again I couldn't tell you what Oh-zONeS looks like . Does have the staggered stripe thing . 250EFI .
Happy Boating . I'm going out in an hour . Wedsday nights, for the past 25 years usually brings out some fast hardware . May hook up with Tripps for a short run.

HI Pat, Sorry to hear about your troubles. If the garage falls thru I have a heavy duty engine hoist your welcome to use I think it would go high enough.Anyway, is there a blueprint to these couplers somewhere?

Superbash,
Have a great night! Stay away from that seaweed tripps is always complaining about.
Wednesdays and Thursdays were great week nights for me 10 years running. The wife has always worked late being a hair stylest...
Now with Henry, I am home every Wednesday and Thursday.
My week nights have switched to Monday, Tuesday...

Hey zzzzz,
Did you buy a boat yet?
I saw a real nice 24' Sunsation at the Blue Oar on Sunday, thought it might have been you. I know you were looking at one...
Thanks for the offer on the hoist.
The coupler is a molded aluminum rubber thing with a female spline in it. Wouldn't want to try and make it, but I like your thinking...

PAT
Thought you SB I/O'ers may like this . Ran into this SBer at the ramp . He "couldn't tell me" how fast. Another "mystery 24". He says she "used to" have 1000hp.

Unhappy Tough Nite On The Bay

Ran against both these guys. They're both faster. High 70's with the 24 PROGRESSION-300X. The other guy "just" walked by me. I could only get a best of 70.2GPS. But it wouldn't have mattered.

Boy that old 24 looks narrow. 1000HP??? not likely.
I think JC made the boat wider some time in the early 80s then the new deck in like 87... Any idea?

I have lost alot more races than I have won on calm water.
Not in the rough though...
All narrow deep Vs for me the last 10 years or so...

Superbash, Is there a 300x on the horizon?

Thumbs down Re: Tough Night on the River

I think the hull has always been 7' -0". (I measure 6'-7" ? My 7'-6" 21's measured 7'-2").
I was really having to drive this thing tonite, compared to the other guys boats. I was having a hard time keeping it straight. Maybe too much trim. I may have to raise my motor back up & go with next size prop. If I can get this set up better, I would consider a 300X in a few.
