OH ...Hate to say it....but those 250 Yammi 4 strokes are pretty good on fuel. Your right...you cant compare a 200 4 stroke to a 200 EFI for performance...but the gas is a killer. Remember years ago...it was throw 20 $ in the tank & cruise all day...now its 60$ & be back in an hour!

For a "work motor"...the vote would be 4 stroke.
Evinrude is developing a 400HP 4 Stroke V8 O/B for next year ???

HEY TO ALL SUPERBOATERS THIS MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!

"SUPERBASH" & "SUPER ET5508" Ran into eachother yesterday...& did a little FireIsland Inlet Run together. Wish we coulda gotten video of us both heading out...but Bash's assistant *BASH CAM*operator couldnt hold on.....the 30 was airborne...so you know what the 24 looked like.

Funny thing too...Bash's sister was at Cedar Beach with her friend ...& when we got home...she said "Were you out in the Ocean??? I saw two boats...& one looked like yours!"
